The Bunker project

In this project I transformed an abandoned bunker in Bergen to a place where female refugees would meet on common grounds and learn from each others cultures. Integration in a new country can be challenging, specially for women who often stay home with children. The space offers a place to meet others and bond over cooking and food experiences, as well as job training by serving the food to visitors. On the added mezzanine level there is space for the children to spend the day.
